I just started the Seasonale pill where I dont get my period but only 4 times a year.. I began taking the pill and was on it for only 2 days when I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend but he withdrew before he ejaculated. If I were to get pregnant, how would I be able to tell if I was pregnant if I am not supposed to be getting a monthly period on the Seasonale pill anyway?

By the way I started taking the pill the same day I had my IUD removed (which I was on for 7 1/2 years). My doc told me it would take a week for the pill to take effect. I was also on the last day of my period when we had the unprotected, withdrawn sex.

other than taking a hpt test everyday/every other day for the next two weeks I don't know, your dr would be able to answer that q. Didn't he tell you that you need to still use condoms for a month, just to be more careful?

I would go to the doctor. You may get a positive from an at home test but possibly not for awhile. If you want to know now get a blood test.
