Were you going to go for a walk or something and she was telling you this so you would know that the walk would freeze her feet or something like that. I do not think this is flirting unless you tell me what you were talking about around that time. Like is it a inside joke.
Either way I would not look into this so much I do not think it matters.
If "m-t-nest" is right then thats cool. I used to do stuff like that when I was younger not that 23 is old.

It could be, but then again, I would interpret it as semi disgusting. If you have ever worn boots without socks, you know how nasty and sweaty your feet get.....I would assume hers are the same. It's just an odd off the wall comment, perhaps trying to make small talk.

It means she isn't wearing socks under her boots. Maybe she's warning you not to get in a situation where she might remove her boots and stink the area up.

There is nothing sexy about not wearing socks, so I don't think she was flirting. Maybe if she said she wasn't wearing underwear! She may be hinting to you that she doesn't keep up on her laundry, or warning you she may have smelly feet!

i've never heard of 'i'm not wearing any socks' being flirtatious...
