Paleontology is the "Evolutionary" science that the Oil Industry uses and spends millions of dollars on to find Oil Fields that provide you with the fuel to get your selves and you Cars to Church.
Without it you'd be walking, not that that would do you any harm, or going in a horse and buggy like the Amish.

How can you rationalise dismissing Evolution and still fill your Cars in good faith?

I think the answer is obvious....

Satan created cars (and oil) to make them question their faith.

he is, after all, the great deciever.

Well Amish don't drive cars not because they are passionate environmentalists, they are seperate from the world. They try to remove themselves from wordly things. I don't really agree with the extremes in their life, but can understand their motivation.

Do YOU drive a car? I mean the way the world is, how can people go to work and keep the clockwork of this society ticking away without cars? If we used horse and buggy, the enviro-facists would say "your horse passes gas and increases methane in the world! No more horses." They already are pretty rabid about everything anyway. Raise cattle? NO NO NO, cow methane gas! Do you blink?! NO NO NO the friction causes heat in small doses and increases global warming. Some enviromentalists are pretty pathetic about their beliefs. It's their "religeon".

God created oil for everyone, to take advantage of. Hey good science helps all people, even Christians. The mistake you make is implying Evolution is good science. Its just very goofy. There is nothing to rationalize.

I don't utterly dismiss evolution (Just the idea that it happened on accident). But it just so happens that I walk, since the church is just a few blocks away.

I power my car with corn. The Native Americans introduced corn to the first European settlers. So I worship and donate at the casinos.

They're just going to tell you that God put the oil there for us himself so that we could drive to church. You can't defeat someone with rational thought when they refuse to use rational thought.

God created the earth and everything in it. Why would using oil make a difference?

"For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:" Colossians 1: 16

If we as humans "abuse" God's creations, then it is our fault.
