You say that your eating right and exercising, lets look at that first. What are you eating, how much and how often. Then what kind of exercising are you doing, is it weight training, calisthenics, isometric or aerobic machine work. You see devising the right plan for you is the right way to go here, If your doing aerobics on a treadmill and its for only 20 minutes well that's not bad but its also not good. What I mean by this is your statistically only just getting out of your anaerobic phase after 15 minutes so that means that you only had 5 minutes of aerobic activity. An just like eating if your not stoking the fire, the metabolism enough, then that could be a problem as well. I recommend a balanced diet of carbs to proteins, no sugars and reduce your sodium intake. Along with that eat small little meals six to seven times a day, the components should be about the size of your palm. So each carbohydrate e.i. potato, brown rice, yams etc, etc should fit in your palm, then followed by the protein, Lean red meat, chicken, fish etc, etc should also fit in your palm. Now you can't spot reduce so forget that, if your doing tons of sit-ups or crunches and not employing a aerobic routine with it well forget seeing that bulge go away. So Mon, Wed, Fri do a weight or calisthenic routine for about 45min, then on Tue, Thur, Sat do a 45 to 60 minute walk.

Add patience. Also an easy powerful abdominal exercise is this:
Standing, blow all the air from your lungs. Without taking a breath, suck in your tummy and hold a few seconds. Breathe in and repeat. It's best to do this on a empty stomach.

Hi Daddy's girl!
If you want the weight to come off, you need to burn more calories than you consume. There are several weighs to monitor this. Fad and fashion diets just help you achieve this phenomenon.
If I were you, I would start with a 1500 calorie per day diet and then stay active. This shoud get you going to where you see results within the week, if you adhere to it.

Try to do a lot of sit-ups mostly. How fast you lose weight will depend on your metabolism and how consistent you are. Also take walks. I would say to give it a few months but you will get back in shape.

I think you can do sit-ups or crunches until you're blue in the face and that will make your ab muscles toned underneath. However, if you have a layer of fat on top, you need to reduce calories to lose it and specifically carbs. I cut down on carbs and calories and within a week, I notice a huge difference in my muffin-top. Good luck!
