3 oz Pineapple juice
1 oz coconut cream
2 oz light rum
Blend with crushed ice; pour into tall glass; garnish with a chunk of pineapple.

Enjoy.

3 oz light rum
3 tbsp coconut milk
3 tbsp crushed pineapples




Put all ingredients into an electric blender with 2 cups of crushed ice. Blend at a high speed for a short length of time. Strain into a collins glass and serve with a straw.
Serve in:
Collins Glass

Pineapple juice + milk + crushed ice +/- alcohol. Vodka will be fine if you want alcohol in it.
