Depends on how long ago you had your rehab and/or drug conviction. Check with Swift, they seem to hire just about anyone. Also, if you're near any harbor, those container haulers hire anyone legal or not.

Driving under the influence will cost a trucker his job -- but no traffic violations will usually keep it for him. Drug rehab is probably iffy from company to company.
