It definitely is possible that she remained a virgin through that time... I did in one of my relationships... for 10 months until I ended the relationship for other reasons. And the fact that she's doing it now with her boyfriends doesn't mean that was the case with your dad... people change... and once you've had sex, it's hard to be in another relationship again without expecting to have it... especially if you were married previously.
Anyway... that's my two cents.

It is possible that she held out for 9 months, and just because you sleep in the same bed doesn't mean she should have sex with him.
But more importantly, if it makes Mom happy to feel "holier than thou" then let her. There are some "holy rollers" who would take offense to the fact that she is divorced and the fact that she is currently having sex outside of marriage. So if she wants to feel like she is OK by not having sex before marriage, so be it. It seems like everything has gone downhill from there, so I don't know why she's acting so holy. No offense - we all make mistakes, but she should cut you some slack. Besides, her nagging is not going to change the fact that yall "did it" before you said "I do."

Why does it matter? You are an adult who makes adult choices. Even if you found out she was lying would it change anything.? If you are sure she is having premarital sex with her guy now then it makes the past less important. If premarital sex is really wrong her eyes then then she's a hypocrite if she's having sex now without or ever without being married. The rule doesn't expire after the first marriage before virginity is lost.
Just let it got.

No, women your mother's age thought it was shameful to have sex before marriage. Abortion was not allowed, because it was killing innocent blood. Having a baby without being married was a no, no. People looked down on you. It was not acceptable.
Today, in this world, anything goes and we are reaping the affects of it. Depression, stressed lives, and children that we cannot afford to raise. It does sound like your mother has been playing around these last few years though.
Forty years ago and definitely 50 yrs. ago, we had a different world. We didn't lock our doors at home or the car. People felt safe. They feared God and worried about what God thought about them.

She is still holier than thou, yet she is also a liar!! I can guarantee you from experience that the "holiest" girls are also the horniest girls because they deny themselves so much that they must have it!!
Think about it this way. Have you ever seen a show or a person who has denied themselves of food for three days? When they get the chance to eat, they eat a COW!!! If they spent nine months together, and she denied herself; I would bet a million dollars she did it at least a few times to satisfy the building lust within her heart. I have never done it, but I am not "holier" than other people about it. I hardly actually think about it
Let me tell you something else. When people flap their mouths about how against something they are, it ALWAYS means that they did it themselves at one point and wish you would not. I am 100% sure she had sex at least a few times if not once before marriage.

Next time ask her why is the reason she throws up having sex with your wife before your got married in your face, and then tell her that a divorcing your father is the same type of sin like having sex before marriage and to get over it because she's not an angel anymore since she's not married and is probably having sex with male friends.

I think she probably isn't telling you the truth by the things you are saying such as she spent the night at your father's apartment many times She has also been in relationships where she hasn't waited to have relations I think if she really valued sex as much as she is telling you she did before she married your father than she wouldn't be having sex with other men espeically one that she has been dating for only a month.

So he lied about something that he was ashamed of. At eleven I'm sure he didn't have the physical let alone the mentally maturity to get the full affect. That is what he got with you. Why get hung up on what touched his penis first, when you're the only person he has shared a special bond with. It probably does screw with his head a little to look back on his actions. Have you ever asked yourself why he was so advanced at a young age. There may be more to the mystery. Support your spouse; he confided in you and needs you.

I doubt she is lying. Believe it or not, back in her day, people did wait. She is your mother, give her the benefit of the doubt. Just let it go. The next time she says anything, say, you know Mom, the past is the past and the now is now. It's a waste time to rehash the past. Then say, so, do you have any plans for the weekend? Ever time she brings this subject up, treat it the same way. She will get the message.

A recent study shows that about 95% of Americans have had premarital sex, even those people who were alive in the 1940s'. You do the math and tell me if you think your mom is telling the truth, because I don't think she is. She somehow is ashamed to admit that she did have premarital sex and is still living in the past with her beliefs on morality.
