Just curious. I go every day and people tell me I end up spending more money this way. I just don't know what I'm hungry for until then.

I go atleast once a week to twice a week I try to stock up on faves But I go to the store every two days for milk pop and ciggs, So I go alot to. I think you are spending more money that way also

Usually once a week if I can help it. Sometimes I have to run back for one or two items every now and then. What I do is stock up on all kinds of meat to put in the freezer. I never know what I am going to hungry for either, but I like to go through recipe books and keep a list of what I might like and when I go grocery shopping I get at least enough for 3 meals. That way I have enough for the week with left overs.

I shop about 3 times a week. There's always something I'm out of for something I want to make. So it's usually about 3-4 things at a time and comes to maybe $12. Then about once a month I do a big shopping trip and spend about $100. So the weekly shopping just supplements what we already have.

i think you're definitely spending too much time....
i do major shopping every two or three weeks. i know that sounds crazy. and that's probably less often than most. i usually try to make it two weeks. within that time frame, i will usually go to the fruit and veggie market once or twice to fill in the gaps. i think once a week is normal.

Once a week. Otherwise you'll spend more money. Unless of course during the week I forget something that is very important or necessary to have. Then I'll make one small trip during the week.

Once a week, unless I've forgotten something for a recipe I'm making...then I make a quick trip to Albertsons around the corner :)

You will spend more money that way for sure!
I go whenever my milk runs out and then just pick up a few things then. I mostly eat out anyway.
