I want to make some mini quick breads using the boxed mixes. There is no times on the box for doing the smaller size. Anyone know what this would be?? Thanks

Hi there; You may want to bake them for about 25-30 minutes..Around 25 minutes check the breads with a tooth pick inserted into the bread and if it comes out clean then the bread is done..Also I just cooked some of these breads and I found that if you put them on a cookie sheet they won't tip over in your oven and they seem to cook a little better( my first batch I just placed on the oven rack and the pan tipped over spilling all over my oven what a mess !!) Also when the breads are done and completely cooled down they will freeze real well..Good Luck and Happy Holidays

Use the tooth pick, when it comes out clean it is done
