yep its normal, pimples/spots are just, dirt, bodily fluids or oil clogged in pores.......no offence, but you might need to wash a little more regularly, im not saying you dont, you just might need to wash - down there - more often than some people....i know a few other people that have to for the very same reason.

It could be anything, you haven't given a very accurate description. Like any other part of the body you could develop a pimple on your genitals. Best see a doctor, it's probably nothing but check. If nothing else it will put your mind at rest and if it is something then you will have caught it early.

It could be an ingrown hair. Or a sti, or a pimple. Just keep it cleaned and take very hot baths (not showers) to soak out the infection. Don't worry it's actually pretty common.

You can get pimples anywhere you have sweat glands. I have had pimples on all parts of my body at one time or another. It is more common in people with oily skin, that sweat alot, etc. I've always been hot bodied, easy sweating, and oily skin. So, yes it is normal. Don't worry about it. Wash more, try to keep the skin clean and dry.

Probably a pimple. They can grow anywhere. It's not uncommon to have genital zits. They hurt like all hell, but unless you have other symptoms like a fever, dizziness or weakness, I honestly don't think you have siphilis of Ghonorrea. It's rpobably just a pimple.

do you shave? it could be an ingrown hair. also, yes you can get pimples there, but the usually are very small or go away quickly.

If it lasts a long time, it could be an STD...you should probably go get tested
