Guy+girl two years ago. Together for one week's time. Week filled with incredible connection and closeness that takes most people years to obtain. Kisses are given, things are shared, she describes it as "One of the best times in my life."
After the week they are seperated. He lives on East Coast, she on West. For a month after the original meeting they stay in very, very close contact. Then she drifts. Emails become once in a month, then two, then three until not at all. He visits one year ago to West Coast, tries to see her. Do not get together, but gets a single text in the middle of the night asking what is wrong. Very mysterious. Last time contact was 4months ago. He left short e-mails "Hey, write me back." once every 3-4 weeks. Left phone message once a month "Hope all is well, call me?" Last time he heard she was going to study abroad for Fall 06.No response to emails. As of this week, her phone number is no longer good (can not connect Chase one afraid of attachment?orForget?

What a romantic story, unfortunately you need to let it go, She did not try to get in contact with you. Maybe she has someone in her life and just had a little fun.

I once saw a cat disappear... Anyways, back to topic: Rats can hide anywhere for a very long time, just use the red mouse glue thing that Balsam is talking about. Once we had a rat in our house, and guess where we found it after very long time: In the top cupboard eating Nutella.. Anyways at the end, it got stuck on these red glue things, and then my father took it (don't ask me how), and drowned it in the sink until it died. ---------- This here is a real story that a friend of mine really had: There was a mouse in his house (he lives on the 10th floor - out of a total of 12 floors). El mohem, there was a mouse in his house, and it kept running everywhere, and he kept chasing it, but without catching it, then when the mouse was running in the hallway, he threw his shoe at the mouse, and it hit it and killed it. bingo!

Sounds to me you guys had a good time but come from 2 different worlds. Her life is in one place yours in another and her schedule with school is on her list of priorities. Long distant relationships never work out so don't waste your time with that. Sounds to me she has decided what is important to her at this time in her life and your just not in it buddy. If yall connected so good when yall were together then why did she drift? Just move on you will always have the memories yall shared. If she wanted you she would be doing what your doing calling,email....ect

It sounds like she has driffted away man, if she really wanted to still be with you she would have contacted you somehow. I say call her one more time leave your phone number (even if she already has it) tell her how you feel short and sweet and just tell her if she doesn't get back to you in the next 1-2 weeks then you know every part of your relationship is over and end it like that. If she wants you she will call back if not then you know the answer

You mean what should you do. Oh definately chase after her. The way she cut off all contact is just her way of playing hard to get. She wants you showing up on her doorstep. Chicks are crazy that way. Her actions seem to be saying "get the h3ll away from me creep" but they really mean she wants you.

he needs to let go, u need to let go. obviously if she really felt the connection still she would have contacted. perhaps she has fallen in love with someone else, perhaps she was just playin you. you'll never know but give it up. the only thing chasing her will do is bring more heartache

1) This is a long distance relationship (or whatever)... they don't work.. sorry.
2) Get over your emotions on this one and move on...
- cmon... there's no way a one week adventure is anything more than a one week adventure...
3) O.K. so you tried... get over it and move on.. She obviously has.
