Everyone has the problem at at least one time in their life. I never really fixed it...just think that...if you don't do it now, there will be consequences and you'll probably still have to do it later, it'll just be more work. Make a schedule of what to do daily. EX: 8-8:30 Breakfast 8:30-9 Laundry...etc...just keep with it...reward yourself for doing chores at the end of the day by just relaxing. You can't relax knowing you didn't get everything done! What I do is just think of how much people will appreciate me and do for me because I take care of so much and help out so much. Good luck!
***Don't hire anyone to do it for you *** it costs extra and you'll still be lazy...plus, you won't always have someone there to help you....

Setting up a routine and scheduling tasks with breaks/snacks/etc. in between as self rewards. (and avoid the use of mind-altering chemicals...LOL)

Hire a midget and give him one of those mini-bats so he can hit your kneecaps when you get lazy. Now that's motivation!
