Skip the picture, he know what you look like. Skip the phone number in the card....simply hand him a Xmas card and ask if he would like to meet you out for a drink and to celebrate a little holiday cheer. Worst thing that can happen is he declines, but knows you are interested and perhaps will ask you out at a later date.

The picture may be a bit over the top since you guys probably see each other every day or at least often. I'd say the phone number and card will do just fine. Maybe a little note saying, "Call Me!" would be cute.

I would give a Christmas card and maybe put your # in there and say something like..."if you want to go for dinner or a drink, give me a call.". Be careful though, I have a rule about dating anyone from work because when it doesn't work out, it can make things very uncomfortable. Also, some employers have a rule against it. Good luck!

Have another co-worker, who will engage a conversation that will involve all of you. Strike up a conversation and find a mutual interest, once you get a good vibe about something you both like start suggesting different events which include what you would like to do, such as great restaurants you both like, favorite artists which might be in town, the latest movie neither of you have seen, but would like to, etc

I had the same question a few months ago! Even before the Christmas card I think you should be xtra sweet to him and strike up a conversation with him, ask if he has plans for Christmas Eve and maybe ya'll can have dinner...(split the bill)!

Get a trusted work employee to set it up. Dont make it obvious for example it can be a group lime. If you guys hit it of maybe he will ask you out personally.

Lol he sees you every-day already.
First find out if he is attached or single before you do a march of death.
Then find out his work email or personal one more perferable with companies watching employee's online actions.
Maybe run into him by accident? Ask if he'd like to go to lunch with you, change your lunch time to his and say, 'i hate to eat by myself would you like to go with me?'
Before any plan also find out if the company has any rules on relationships in the office in the policies as well.

Why wait? Ask him to join you for lunch or after work for coffee. That should give you a good idea if HE is interested.

If he knows your face already then I think picture isn't really necessary. Phone number itself and cute message will do good enough.
