I have a sweet s-10 that I don't drive, it has nice aluminum rims. My neighbors mangy dogs come into my yard, bark at my cats in the middle of the night, and pi$$ all over my rims. It's leaving stains on them, what should I do? They are mangy farm dogs, not some little kids loved pet. There is no animal control, I would very much like to just put a bullet in each of them the next time they step in my yard, but someone will cry foul.

LOL I grew up on a farm and that is what most of my neighbors woudl have done, or did do. The problem is, that if there is not a leash law in your area, the dog has a one time get out of trouble free right. Thus meaning, if you shoot the dog and ahve never reported its issues to the local law emforcement, you have been charged with animal cruelty among other charges, that will stick. It also can lead to a huge law suit, mixed breed dogs are worth $5,000 in pain in suffering. I suggest you contact the local Sheriff or Police, which ever governs your address. File a complaint on the neighbor, take a picture if you can. The neighbors will be notified to control their dogs in any means they can. They will also be notified that any damages to the wheels will be their responsibility. If it continues, report it one more time. Then, if it is ignored, when you do remedy the problem, you will be covered legally. It could be the neighbors will remedy it for you, since they are not wanting to pay you for damages done to your rims. I knwo it sounds like a whine bag way of doing things, but you have to give notice of right to cure before you take action on almost any situation. I hope this helps. The law will more than likely tell you to shoot the dogs, after the neighbors are notified and fail to control them. Good Luck!
