ketab 7azin - sad book
kolo ma2asi - full of misery
min zaman gadar- from a fraud time
2asi el 3omor 3ada- hard but life went on
w 7eml t2el wala las- the burden is heavy on me
7akim ro7i- the soul wisdom ( wise man)
By the way, its not an Arabic Lebanese. This type of writing used for text message in mobiles and chat.
Its a mix between Arabic & English

What do you mean by 7,2, and 3? I think you mean by 3 ع, by 2 maybe ء, and by 7 like three. I'm not sure about them.
This is Egyptian, isn't it? Here is what I think is the translation, but I'm not sure because this is not in Arabic script. Hence, not clear. Try writing me the Arabic text:

I'm Arabic n i think there are some mistakes in it! In general it means .. A sad book full of sorrows , from a long time, fait has been mean to me, age has gone n i have a lot of sad things to carry with me! The rest is the wrong thing i told u about..
and about the numbers 2,3 and 7 we use them in sms and chat, when we want to talk in Arabic but type in english letters, they r letters that English language dnt have!! And..
2 is أ
3 is ع
and 7 is Ø

3 stands for:ع

7 is the letter h...7akeka...fact.....the first letter...
3 is 7arf el ayn...3anede...
2 is like a but in this word...2rete...read...
these letters are not provided in English Keyboard...you know....so i hope this helps you...
