sure. I also did that. Its just important that you have a software or CD-ROM of the Windows XP and its important that you know how to install that or simply bring it to a technician.

Yes, but I wouldn't. Millennium was the devil. Always best to start from scratch with a nice fresh install. copy your data to a usb drive or something. Also be careful of putting xp on a really old machine as it may bog it down to the point you don't even want to use it.

no if u want xp oprating system first remove millenium and install xp
