Need some help on the old foam fire extinguishers.?

I am tired of hearing about another police got burned up because a drunk ran into them. I inviseion 2 foam extinguishers in the trunk that will go off and foam the entire back in of the police car. This might also save the drunk.

That might work. It also might damage the officers. The foam currently in use is light enough to minimize harm to folks who get in it but it is effective against fire.
You could trigger it with an airbag sensor.
