some guys get scared when woman have confidence, it's not a bad thing to have...it just means they're not up to the challenge of learning you. I often hear that I'm intimidating and because of that scary, but I won't settle my standards because they're afraid of a challenge.

if you're not in the right frame of mind you may or may not meet other people, probably not, but when you do you can't really appreciate it or accept it, deal with it properly. as far as the way you talk, that's a rather obvious sign that the guys that don't pursue you, aren't that into you to begin with, and that's actually a good thing because those are guys that are going to hurt you at the end of the day because they don't feel that you're on that same level as they are. you could never really be in sync with those type of guys.

it's probably your attitude. you have to have a positive outlook on meeting other people to really make it work. guys care about how people dress, to an extent. we'll actually talk to those girls who dress modestly, and keep in mind, the girls who dress skankily, that's something every guy has to do, just as a boy who thinks he is a man, just to see what'll happen. they probably won't even go through with it if it's that much of a challenge. then we'll talk to you either when we've matured or we're bored, just to see what we'll say. but if your attitude isn't right, or you're angry because we didn't talk to you first then we're both missing out. perhaps we should have, though we rarely do.

don't worry so much about what other girls are doing for attention, just be yourself. and don't worry about how you're coming across, just be the best that you can be and it'll all work out.

well do you have an attitude first of all? guys are intimidated with girls who talk like truckers;lol!
some guys like strong woman who can hold there own & yet other guys like sweet & submissive. Also i think in order to look sexy you have to feel sexy inside. Really feel yourself & that inner emotion that you want to express out with someone. You need to let that come through. your on the right track of being confident you just have to apply that confidence to your sex appeal.

ask one of your close friends. Or a close sibling. Ask them if you seem standoff-ish towards people. This also depends on your age. If your in your 30's and haven't had a date in a long time, see my above advice. If your still in your teens, don't worry. Your time is coming I'm sure.

maybe you are sending out signals that you are untouchable. I have this problem myself. If all the guys that liked me, but were afraid to ask me out, did ask me out, I would be booked for dates till 2010. I have the same problem and don't know how to fix it;.
