By the way people, cities like Richmond and Norfolk are NOT in Northern Virginia.

Hmm...there's lots of places I would think. Carribean Breeze in the Ballston area of Arlington has Salsa Wednesday and great atmosphere. I often see lots of pretty women there.
I would also say the Clarendon Ball Room. You're so close to DC, I would think you would get in to the city on the weekends and try the Capital Hill area after 5:00 PM. The Black Cat and the Birchmere are great too. Check out the Thursday addition of the Washington Post Express near Metro stations. They always have great weekend places where singles come together.
