i might say causal intermittent use of marijuana isn't a huge deal. in spite of the shown fact that, having a gasp on a daily basis is possibly no longer a good element and isn't any longer interior the comparable type as having one beer. Smoking on a daily basis will bring about a loss of short term memory and can have an detrimental influence on high quality of existence interior the long term. finally that little marijuana gained;t do something so a litlle greater would be mandatory to realize the comparable result, and a splash greater... wanting any drug with the intention to "relax" is a foul answer except its for a medical condition.

I'm pregnant, so I get stressed easily, due to hormones. Chai tea is very relaxing, and always works for me. Actually, I have a medium Vanilla Chai Tea from Dunkin Donuts sitting right next to me as I type these very words, haha.

Chai tea is very nice and relaxing! Fill half a mug with water and top the rest up with milk, put in the chai teabag and microwave for a minute or two :) add some brown sugar and there you go.

Jasmine tea (it makes me super relaxed and calm)
Chamomile (calm)
Mint (nice)
ginsing (can help perk you up, if you want the opposite)

I like chamomile tea, or if you want something refreshing and has kind of an alcoholic drink feeling, try: Gingerale + Orange/Pinneapple Juice + Grenadine syrup. (don't stir, it makes a really gorgeous color when you serve it)
