Pre printed canvas?

Question

Ive just started trying crafts and found a cheap pre printed acrylic set, compried of a pre printed canvas and brushes and paints, now I want to have a go at another and cant find any.

Anyone know of anything like this and remember must be cheap as Im starting out.
Also any ideas how to transfer and image onto canvas to paint .......

I've updated these for a couple of sites in the UK.

I've listed a few links where you can purchase pre-printed acrylic paint-on-canvas sets.

Another choice is to print images on inkjet transfer paper and then iron these onto your own canvas. I've also attached a couple of links to inkjet transfer paper.

I've had success with Lazertrans which is easy to use and relatively cheap.

It's about £13 for 8 sheets but you don't have to use all the sheet together. For example you can put lines across the sheet and then cut them out and use as borders.

I've used Lazertran to transfer onto glass, mugs, windows - allsorts in fact!

Hey Byte,

If you are going to paint an image that you already have, a projector is a really good tool. That with a computer you can do just about anything. Once you project your image to the canvas, you can outline, then color to desired intensity - have fun.

Why don't you learn to draw, WITHOUT a canvas ? Are-you too old ? Is it too difficult ?
