That'd be gold plated rubbish then!
I'm not to keen on the clown pendants on 12 foot long chains, or the earrings that look like bracelets!

actually pikey gold is mainly brass. (copper doesnt shine like gold when its polished, brass and bronze do.

I find if you make minimal contact by punching them quickly avoids the nasty rashes from cheap jewellry
