I've had over 20 years experience with Ford & their promotions ALWAYS change. & they vary from region to region.
The currant promo (at least in my region) gives consumers 0% financing PLUS substancial rebates.
0% may continue on certain vehicles, but the "bonus cash" may not.
The next big promo in the Chicago region, will be in February, because of the Chicago Auto Show (10th-18th). Residency restrictions will apply. So don't make plans to visit Chicago in Feb. SOLELY to try to take advantage of auto show promo's.
(but please DO visit!)
If your looking at a Super-Duty or Escape, I wouldn't wait too much longer. 2008 model year re-designs are expected in early 2007. Therefore the deals on these are right NOW, & the inventories are already dwindeling. If either of these are your 'target' vehicles, don't procrastinate, or you'll end up without good selection, or no selection....& incentives will be nil on the new models.
If Fusion is your 'target'.....Run to your nearest dealer.! It's on the cover of Decembers Consumer Report Magazine, & is a likely 'shoe-in' for North American Car of the Year (winner to be announced in Jan.). Fusion is very "hot" right now & out selling Camry, Accord & Altima. The re-designed '07 Camry is problematic with many cosumer complaints (see NHTSA complaint file) after only 6 months out. Fusion VERY few (& also minor) complaints after 18 months.
So even IF 0% continues, it may not continue for your target vehicle & you could miss out on year end bonus cash.

The offered it several times during '06. I'd strongly suspect that it with be offered again in '07 as well. It's also very likely that the current promotion will be extended past the current expiration date.

uncertain, yet i think of in the event that they have been doing that it would word to all sellers. btw..you will not get 0.0% till you're a "properly certified" purchaser...ie you have suitable credit.
