If you lie to them as your parents, no.
If you lie to them while they are performing their duties as agents, yes.
It is highly unlikely that your parents would be allowed to work on a case involving you.
So the answer is - I wouldn't worry about it.

No unless they ask you questions about a federal case they are investigating, and you are somehow involved. The have no jusisdiction over laws against the state.

1) Lying is not against the law.
2) Lying about a police investigation while not under oath is not punishable under the law.
