No it is not but obviously her faith is important to her and she will keep throwing at you that you "must both be beneath the same yoke".
I put up with that for 2 years before my girlfriend told me that god had apeared to her in a dream and told her to call it off. I replied that its nice that he took time out of his busy schedule to interefere with my love life.
Take comfort in your atheism. Mine is a source of great comfort to me as well!

Consider yourself blessed that she doesn't dump you over it.
Most Christian women want to marry a Christian man.
I know I would not want to have an intimate relationship with an atheist. It would be between us constantly, and eventually destroy our relationship completely.
