I know the new Mac Pro's can run XP.
There are three ways of doing this.
1.You can install Parelles for $80 and boot OS10 then in there boot XP

The application will state for which OS it is built for. Some programs are both windows and O/S 10 compatible. Others are OS specific, make sure you check before you buy.
The newer apples are intel based. You can install windows and run all window applications on Apple computers.

On a NEW Mac with Intel chips, it is possible to start up with Windows, with additional third-party software. (I believe an optional boot utility may be coming in the next operating system)
On older macs, you can run "windows emulators" that (sort of) work.
