First and most important, you are not crazy. "Crazy" people think they are sane and all others are crazy. Us normal people, when going through conditions and problems FEEL we are crazy because we realize things are not normal. When I read what you wrote I see where I was years ago. I will not even attempt to say what you "have" because it could be many diagnosis and/or a combination of a few. Besides, that would give you a word, but no real help. That can only come from a professional. Please find one. Then make an appointment. If you don`t think they can help you after meeting with them, call someone else and make an appointment with them. Keep repeating this process until you find someone you feel some level of comfort with. Someone you feel you can learn to trust. Then keep your appointments no matter how hard it is. If you don`t feel like talking one day, go anyway just to let them know you don`t feel like talking. The light at the end of the tunnel is not a freight train!!! Good luck. You can do it.

It would be hard to force her to do anything. I would just keep reminding her how much the medication is helping you and how much better your life is. Maybe she will take the example. I have an aversion to taking drugs as well, but when it gets to a point where the illness or condition you have is a lot more dangerous than the pills, it's time to reconsider. Just remind her of that. Also to help out in the meantime, why don't you let the other kids stay at your house as often as you can? I know there are a lot of them, but if you could take them all out for a few hours to the mall, or put sleeping bags on your floor and have them over for sleep overs now & then, etc. The more you can get them away from that environment, the better for them, your mom, AND you.

Lets start with your first question: Bipolar- This disorder is characterized by mood swings, going from Mania to Depression. Mania is characterized by rapid speech that often turns to gibberish. The patient often overspends, is hypersexual and has delusions of granduer. He feels indestructible and 'on top of the world'. Does this discribe you at times? If it does then you are Bipolar. In the Depression phase the patient can exhibit the symptoms you discribe, cutting, burning themselves and wanting to die.
The voices in the head can be attributable to a more common mental disease- Schizophrenia. The term literally means fragmented. Multiple personality disorder is a form of Schizophrenia. And no you don't have multiple personality disorder. Multiple personality disorder is literally when your personality splits into seperate personality each with its own likes, dislikes and even allergies! When a personality surfaces, you literally morph into that personality. One day you could be the personality 'weeping Jane' who is allergic to mustard and the next day you could be 'Bob' who loves mustard.
Your last question is a value judgment best left to a professional. Sometimes mentally ill people are more sane then supposedly normal people, because they know they need help.
The bottom line is that you need to take yourself to a professional to get help.

You are not crazy. You are not responsible for a possible chemical imbalance in your head.
Bipolar-It may be hormones, but the changing abruptly sounds like bipolar. The thing we need to know is how sad is your sad and how happy is your happy? If it is extreme then it may be bipolar.
Voices-Talking to yourself is not uncommon, but other voices joining in sounds like a disorder.
Depression-This is definitely depression and you need to seek medical help for this and all of the above. There are many great medications that can help you with these problems. Got to a professional... they should be in the Yellow Pages or you could search online according to your insurance.

You really need to seek out professional help. You are seriously ill. Only a doctor can help you with this problem. Yes you may actually have multiple personalities.
You should get help sooner than later, at the rate that you are going there may be severe consequenses.

You are asking the wrong people.
Go to a professional and tell them the same thing.
They can decide.
Sounds like borderline personality disorder or dissociative disorder not otherwise specified though. Some may say they are the same thing.

Please seek psychiatric help. Depression is serious and I have lost loved ones to this disease. Go to a friend, teacher, family member, church leader. Have them take you to a doctor for an evaluation ASAP.

If you were serious I think you'd have found a way to actually kill yourself by now.
Sorry but I think you're faking it all...and making fun of us.
