i played judo alot of time.judo is a heavy martial art.and also is not an art.is competition martial.you should always go 4 practice.

Volumes are available in the library, Get one of them at a time, get a partner to practise and some one to over see that one of you do not get carried away and injure the other, so it takes three to tango in this case.

But two may do, be very careful.

Tell them you want a gold medal.

Bronze medal is quite a accomplish and respectable, but why go through all complex explaining if you can simply tell them you want the gold?
