She moved in with her brother. It's actually 2 doors down. I'm 19 and currently living at my parents house because I just got done with my semester at college and waiting to buy an apartment. But anyway. I rarely ever see either one of them, but when I did see her she was drop dead gorgeous. She's maybe a little older, not even a year, but if I could get the chance to talk to her then I could totally win her over. But I don't know how exactly to talk to her because she either never leaves, or only leaves when I'm sleeping. What the hell can I do??

Since she just moved next door, tell your parents to invite them to dinner to your house or something. If that happens, get to know her a little and ask her how she likes her new place and if she likes the food. You'll eventually get to know each other and you'll get your chance. Good Luck!

At one point during a weekend day when you're pretty sure she's home, go over and ask for a cup of sugar because you're cooking (women love men who cook) and you ran out. Great conversation-starter, because she'll ask what you're cooking and you can offer to bring her over a piece when its done. Good luck!
