It depends on How/Why you fell, and if you are hurt.
In general pick you up, but..
If you tripped over a Duck Billed Platypus, spun around twice, and landed on your behind.. but wern't hurt.. I would have to laugh..
BTW, If I ever fall, and survive, I hope people are laughing.. It'd made the pain worth it.

I will laugh first and then pick you up...I just cannot control my laughter even when I fall, if it is hurting bad, I will laugh and cry together. I don't care if I offend anyone, but the first thing that comes out of me is a big laugh!!

Grassy wouldn't laugh he would tenderly pick you up and carry you over to the bed and ravish you with his wonderfully expert tender loving. Grassy would kiss away all your hurts. You would be giggling and blushing and the only crying you would be doing would be a babbling of Grassy's name and how good it was.
