Well one way is that you could write them a note telling them and have a friend you trust give it to them or you could get their cell phone number and tx them telling them that you do. You can't wait too long though because there might be some other person out there who is having the same problem as you but decided to take initiative and got what they wanted. Good Luck.

He may not be aware of your feelings and would never know if you make it known.
However, I caution against telling him if you are unsure if he feels the same about you. It can create a really uncomfortable situation and I don't think you'd want that...
So, maybe you can drop subtle hints (flirting, etc) to gauge his feelings. When you think the time is right, then go for it!

Soon he'll give up on waiting for you and move on and you'll get hurt in the end so go after him write him a letter,call him,get a friend to tell him but you gotta do sumthing to let him know before it's to late.If you really want this guy you'll go after him regaurdless.

The best thing to do (although NOT the easiest) is to simply be straight forward and say it. That way, whoever you like KNOWS it, and whatever decision they make will be made, and everyone can get on with their lives and no one is left wondering anything.

You have to get up the courage or it'll eat you up for a while. Especially if you see them with someone else. Speak up...You never know what could develop. They may even like you back....

i think u should like just start small talk w/ them and like just catch them off guard and ask them if there busy like on the weekend or something or just like flirt w/them and if they flirt back then make ur move!
