Roughly at 2 years old. Can be somewhat sooner then that and most of the growth and development occurs well before they are 2 years old. Nevertheless, the last of a growth spurt, etc. is close to 2 years.

I have 2 male cats- age 3. I've been told different things- they were fully "grown" as in, needed to be neutered because they were going to spray everything- when they were 8 months old. I got them when they were 3 months old- which was a good time, they did ok away from their mom.

They are very very playful and my vet told me they won't be lazy adults until age 5.

So, depending on the purpose of your question, that might help.

I would assume around 1 year...but alot of these other people are saying around 2 years...if that is the case, I am introuble! I have a 7 month old and he is HUGE!!!!!! So he's probably going to be about 30 pounds if he keeps growing until 2 years old!

According to Go Cat, they will be full size at around 6 months (if that is the case my little fella has some serious growing to do over the next couple of months).

My vet told me Stimpy should be about a year old{average} when she is "full-grown". The time varies because of diet/climate/and who knows what else. Its hard to tell because of cat behavure. They never get over being kittens. Have you ever noticed cat owners live longer? Guess our feline friends show us we don't REALLY have to grow up. From Brian & Stimpy Merry Christmas
