Apparrantly your brain doesnt register individual letters in written words. It reads the word as a whole. So it doesn't seem to matter what order the letters are in as long as the first and last letters are in the correct place in each word.
In your case, they're a little off but it's still easy enough to understand.

when you do this, your supposed to have the first and last letters the right way round, and "some people can it is easy to read this" is not correct english.
