I have really long hair, it's all the way doen my back. Everyone always tells me it's really pretty but it's starting to put me over the edge. I want to get it cut short, but I just don't know, because I'm really attached to my hair. What should I do? Any ideas for a cute cut?

Do what YOU want to do, and do not let everyone opinion guide you. Let them think what they want. If it were me, I'd think that you're a strong person for cutting it - simply by defying what everyone else thinks.

Try something that hits the top of your shoulders. But make sure its layered. This is what i did and i love my new hair. But if its too thic kand gets poof. have it thinned. Ask your stylist to put your har in a ponytail and cut it like that. Then you can send it to locks of love, and it can be made into a wig for a cancer patient. That way you can get a new look and make one for someone else.

well ill say this any man (myself included) are suckers for really long hair, but i have a couple of friends who have really long hair (one is 5 foot 11 with hair to the middle of her knee and one over 6 feet with hair down to her feet) they both have to get the hair thinned out so its not too heavy, it used ot cause them headaches if it got too thick, and washing it takes a long time, (sometimes 4 plus hours) its up to you but if your really attached to it and decide youve made a mistake cutting it, then tit will take a while growing it out.

Id say don't cut! Instaed pull it back and get a short wig for those days you feel like a change!

That's exactly how mine was and I'd get a lot of comments, it was very long and straight and dark and I WANT IT BACK!!! I cut it, and I cut it a LOT, I was so mad and still kinda am but my hair grows back very fast..........but still. Don't cut it...you'll regret it a lot....unless you don't really care about your hair.

Well.....you can cut your hair and send it off to a cancer society so they can make a wig out of your hair. Then you should get a cute pixie cutt with razored layers.

i used to have really long hair, and everyone told me how pretty it was...
then i got it cut and regretted it, it is harder to straighten curl dry, get into a bun for my ballet class. It's now a medium length and i quite like it, nit too long/short.
it you want it cut go for it! it will always grow back.
