What is your computer experience? Unless you have EXTENSIVE computer experience I would not even attempt to do this, especially since you are asking this question. Well if you really want to you can go to the run option on the start menu and type regedit. This will show you all your registry entries. I probably just opened a pandoras box on you here as deleting these yourself has great potential to have programs work incorrectly or case system crashes. Be careful what you delete. It may also be a good idea to create a restore point before you start deleting registry entries. Ultimately I would download CC Cleaner to do this, its free and works pretty well. Hope that helps!!

Download RegScrubXP--http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=2048

Safely cleans junk out of the Windows 2000/XP system registry. All changes made to the registry are fully restorable to it's original condition. You can make an exclusion list of registry entries that RegScrubXP will not display as problems. You can sift through a list of file extensions, company names, run upon startup programs, Internet Explorer history, and uninstall programs to delete what you think is junk.
