I presume this is a mis- print otherwise, Eggs & Bacon,hot stove anything you want that`s why it`s a stove not a thing with gas rings on it or one of those new fangled see through efforts.

i would recon you can cook anything that you would usually cook in a frying or griddle pan on a hot stone...
