I met a guy saturday night. he seemed cool. he gave me his number and i called him sunday evening and he didnt answer. Anyway I left a message. He called monday morning and left a message knowing that i was at work so he told me to call him later. I called later and he still did not answer so I said forget it. Anywhoo he called me later that night around 10 and we talked for about 5 minutes. He then told me to call him on my lunch break the next day. I am no way sweating it and if he's not interested that is fine also but somehow I think he may live with a woman or something to that effect, something just doesnt seem right with him.

I decided not to call him. If he's interested he will find a way to contact me. I will be living my life.

He is a man and therefore probably has 5 or 6 hussies on the go simultaneously. You waddled along and the most likely thing is that after giving himself a stretch, a scratch and a little sigh, he said "Why not? Lets make it 7". Hope this helps.

If your thinking he might live with another woman, or something similar to that effect, then you are probably right. Your gut feeling seems to be right more than half the time - If he calls, and wants to get together, then thats fine - feel him out then. if he doesnt, dont sweat it, he's hiding something...

You just met him Saturday. Give it a chance, he isn't obligated to you at this point. You haven't even been out on a date yet.

I think the next time he calls, just say, "Are we going to go out for lunch or something." See what he says.
If he tries to dance around the subject, tell him to lose you number.

Go ahead and call him, but don't go any further than that until you know his situation. Just ask some subtle questions about his friends and family, where he works, the neighborhood in which he lives. If he hesitates, or seems tense, you have reason for suspicion. Otherwise, just let it go. Your gut feeling about most people is usually correct.

Why don't you ask him straight out? It's obvious that he's either avoiding you or he really has a busy life. Just ask him if he lives with another woman or what's going on. Even if you're not sweating it, you deserve to know instead of worrying.

Hmm. It does sound strange, but maybe he really was just busy?? Maybe don't call him at lunch and let him call you. Tell him you were really busy and didn't get a chance to take lunch - put the ball in his court.

He's probably using one of those free message phone #'s that you get online (ie AOL phoneline, netzero, etc.) and if that is the case he is probably living with someone or married.

Let him do the calling. Do not pursue him. Maybe he works second shift.. Let him call you.

I do not see anything in it to sound strange. Maybe he is just a little busy.
