we have already made out and stuff. but he is not really my cousin he is my uncles son, my aunt stepson. but my aunt and uncle are cousins. so he is my cousin right? oh well everyone in the family says that me and him are going to end up like my aunt and uncle. he has my uncles name and i have my aunts name. nobody know that we have kicked it, but everyone was suspecting it even when it wasnt happening.

welllllllllllllllllllll... fantasy in this situation is ok, however if you're acting on this impulse, you're going down a bad road.
I would encourage you to continue to be friends with him, but not date or make out with him. Perhaps you could tell him about other guys at school that you are interested in... perhaps you could tell him you love him like a brother and that you could never be interested in more... these kinds of things might help.
There is no reason to be sexually involved with family. That is not particularly well received in this country. There are plenty of attractive and lovely men and women out there for you two. There's no problem being close friends, but there's definitely no reason to settle down.
