I'm waiting for a parcel which was sent to me from Washington, USA and I live in West Sussex, UK. It has been ten days now since it was sent by USPS Airmail and it's a Christmas present. The company have given me a customs declaration number but I don't know how or where to use it. Any help would be much appreciated.

She emailed me the Tracking number and we entered it into the USPS website and it told us that the parcel had left Miami airport on Dec 8th ! After USPS have released the parcel it is then taken on by Parcelforce Worldwide when it reaches the UK. I rang their number and it is only an information service but it said that after a parcel leaves the country of origin ,in this case USA , they have no way of tracking the parcel!! So , it looks like we can only sit and wait and hope that they get delivered. Good luck .(with parcelforce we'll need it )

hi if its sent over seas its harder to trae but i had a phone delivered from china and it took 11 days so the best thing to do is wait but i know their is a problem with the post so you might not even get it for christmas as im waitin for a track suit fr my little boy an i dont think it will get here for christmas day well saturday but good luck an i hope it comes

postman here, we got shed loads of mail at the momment but you can try ringing royal mail customer services,or try your local sorting office or go to www.royal mail .com.hope this helps,and to all customers stop being so tight ive only had 135 pounds in tips this year.happy xmas.oh and keep your b l o o d y dogs inside too.
