If you never fall in love, you'll never have your heart broken. But, it's better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all.

Love is not just a feeling, it is an experience. When you get your heart broken it is the worst feeling in the world and you will only know it when you feel it. There is no way to really describe the beauty of love and pain of a broken heart because it's different for everyone. Trust me...you'll know when your heart is broken and when you're actually in love.

Love isn't love until it is given away. If you love someone and they don't love you back... move on. There is NO pleasure, benefit or gain for you or the other person if the relationship is over and one of you tries to "fix" it, suffer over it or get angry over it. There are many people that need your love and count this as a step closer to the RIGHT person for you. Never worry about a broken heart. It only breaks when you allow it to. Catch it before it breaks. Picture this... someone is tossing your heart over their shoulder as they walk away..... you jump in and catch it. Dust it off and walk the other direction.

Love is a wonderful experience although it ends mostly in a tradegy. The worst type of a heart broken is when you hurt your partner's feelings accidently and he leaves you while you love him/her. Oh it's really bad and worst than being just ignored.

i think it starts out as lust, then can turn to love. it takes time to cultivate love. remember the phil collins song? "you can't hurry love"? your heart gets broken when things don't go the way we as humans want them to go, or when a loved one dies, etc. you will learn how to deal with the heartbreak
