I would be thankful if you inform me about the software MS Publisher.

If it is different from MS Word?

Can we type the text in it just like MS Word?

Can the text typed in MS Word can successfully be pasted in MS Publisher?

Does the 2003 version of MS Office contain the MS Publisher? Is it a part of MS Office or is it a separate software?

Any further information in respect of MS Publisher will be highly appreciated.

Publisher is great for creating a wide variety of documents. It is very different from word in that you create "text boxes" to type in that can be manipulated in ways word can't. Word documents can be copied and pasted and sent to Publisher. (I find it easier to work in Publisher than to copy and paste.) Publisher is a part of MS Office.

What specifically are you trying to do?: Contact me via my avatar if you would like more detail.

Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes.

NOTE: Publisher is like powerpoint (with out the slides), you will have to make a text box in order to paste text.
