Gain? Wow. You do not see that many people trying to GAIN weight!

Honestly, it is not healthy to gain and lose so much weight so quickly. Instead of telling you how to do it, I highly recommend that you don't! You do not say what your reason for wanting to is, but it is highly unlikely that it is going to be worth any potential health problems you could suffer trying to gain weight unnaturally.

Eat a lot of food. No only joking, Proteins and carbs are what you gotta eat.
Why gain?
Exercise normally and don't eat nothing too unhealthy for your own health.

Eat a lot of protein.

Don't snack between meals because you're less likely to eat larger portions.

Exercise, but no cardio over 30 minute or else you start burning fat.
