I heard about this somewhere, most likely word of mouth. Is this true? When will Most channels be HD. Is there any website that will update when channels have HD available?? I want to watch Hockey in HD =) I just got my LCD 42 inch and just hooked up my HDMI cable. Wow, football looks awesome!!!
Thanks!

Actually the requirement is to go to digital TV not HDTV. HDTV is a format of DTV and most channels are going to broadcast in HDTV, but all are required to be broadcasting in DTV by Feb 1, 2009.

the simple answer is no. The is no mandater for hdtv. The only thing the govt has imposed a date is when analog tv broadcasts must end. There is the possiblity that hd broadcasts could be limited buy cable bandwidth and by costs

Yeah Clinton signed some sort of bill years ago. I am not sure if it is for all channels or just the free ones. I think it is due by 2010

Why did you enable them to pass away in the past you have been set & waiting to pass? It sounds as though your container isn't outputting in the process the hdmi port. there's a incorrect putting interior the cable container's menu. Why did you enable them to pass away in the past you have been set & waiting to pass?
