???I am sick and tired of all these CD's lying around my desk...lol

Create an ISO image of the CD and save it to your hard drive. Then, get Daemon Tools. DT will create a virtual CD/DVD drive on your computer...you just mount the ISO image to that virtual drive and there you go. You don't need the CD anymore (it's a lot faster too).

Get a CD binder and organize.

Any software that requires the CD to run can only be bypassed by unapproved software. Unless of course the company provides such software. Usually, if this is the case it's done in a software patch as apposed to a program you run on your system.
