Yes, she wants to "get it on" with you. I assume because you called her a "lady" that you are not particularly interested. If you *are* interested, take *her* out to lunch. If you are *not* interested, stop using her for free lunches.
But watch out, maybe she is looking for more than just sex and you will end up hurting her feelings.
Edit: You say she is married. You work together. Either of these two things could spell disaster for both of your jobs if it got out of hand. Although you did not mention your ages, I get the feeling that this is a lonely, older, married woman who is feeling neglected at home who is trying to get some affection or attention from a young man at work. Tell her you really appreciate her kindness and generosity but that you think it's a good idea if you buy your own lunches from now on.

Don't you think it is your turn to go out and buy her lunch? That is an awfully nice thing for her to do. I would buy a really nice lunch for her. Not the standard burgers and fries but calculate about how much she has spent on YOUR lunches and reciprocate with an equal or near equal amount. How could you allow a woman to keep buying your lunch? Doesn't that bother you? I mean this woman could use the money herself. You really need to be kind and repay her in a good way.
Whether she "wants" you or not, it is the proper thing to do.

Does she sit with you? Does she ask anyone else, or is it just you? Is she actually paying for the food?
She is probably just being nice. I know you guys are only nice when you want something, but for us girls, it's just in our nature. Stop trying to make something out of it, she is just buying you food. When she comes back with a chocolate love heart, then you can worry.

is she paying for the lunch or just getting it for you? if she is paying every day, it sounds like she is desperate. but, hey, if you are interested, she seems to be too, at least on some level. make sure you don't screw up your working environment if the two of you hook up.
