There aren't any no-frills airlines flying from London to Cardiff. Air Wales had a service for a while, but it no longer exists. By the time you've waited at the airport, it would probably take just as long anyway. Coach would be the cheapest.

Unfortunately, Air Wales pulled out of their London City - Cardiff route a couple of years ago, and there are no services between Wales and SE England.

I would also note that there are currently no 150-seater aircraft approved for landing at London City. The Airbus A318 is probably shortly to be approved, but at present, you can't land anything larger than a 100-seater ARJ/146.

Have you considered contacting First Great Western's Group Travel department? They may well be able to accommodate you, or recommend a rail charter.

i work for a private airline company and the largerst we hire out are 15 seaters, we go from london to cardiff but it is very expensive. i will be cheaper to hire coaches, we charge approx £2000 per hour depending on the size of the plane and we are one of the cheapest around

I stay closer cardiff so believe me right here. you get carry of St. Davids paying for centre and there is capitol it is fairly small yet has a music save and an photo save as i call it. there's a sparkling paying for midsection less than way which will comprise john lewis. it isn't as busy as london. yet i havent lengthy gone to bangor or liverpool. round Christmas time there's a wintry climate wonderland the position you may flow ice skating. you may also flow into the museum it is freed from value.

I have seen airlines for hire by the hour and I would buget for 3000 pounds per hour of flight time (including fuel) plus airport charges. I would contact a plane charter company for a quote.

150 people isn't a small plane! The largest plane I've ever flown into City on is about a 100-seater BAe 146, most were 56-seat Fokker 50s. The airport can only take quiet, short take-off planes, so it might not even be possible (is Stansted any good?)

It will be EXPENSIVE, I'm sure of that. 3 coaches will also be expensive, but not in the same league, I wouldn't imagine.

Have you thought about chartering a train instead?
