Example: When I want o do something I like or have to do it, it doesn't matter...It's like my body won't let me. It's like I've worked for a week...Could it be that I've stopped exercising for quite some time ? Anyway, what can I do to be more fresh and active, to be more energized ? BTW: If I stay too long doing nothing I'm starting to think about sad things about my life and that activates my depression, so ?

If you haven't been exercising for a while, don't jump into something too strenous. If you do, your body "burns out" much more quickly. Instead, start by walking for a 20-30 minutes each morning. This will get your body more acclimated to being up and moving around. It will do wonders in getting you more energized for the day.

As far as the depression, I've found that I am much more positive when I am doing some sort of mild to moderate exercise every day. I think exercise releases hormones that help with mental outlook. However, if your depression continues even after you've been exercising for a while, you may want to see a doctor, as it could be clinical and require medication.

Best of luck to you!

Just read that even the act of a loving friend or a mate holding your hand releases those same great hormones in the brain, and the endorphins that are so elevating, so, are you in a happy place with friends or a partner?

Yes, you have the right to be alone, but, the natural cure is to have a friend, or many, and do things together! Even light exercise goes faster with a partner!

Bless you, and find a good and safe solution, because you affect my world, I feel the ripples and waves. We're all in this together!

Hi there !
This condition is due to anyone of the following :
1. absence of a definite objective or goal in life.
2. a transient viral illness.
3. lack of exercises (as you have mentioned)
4. as a symptom of diseases like Diabetes Mallietus or Hypertension.

What I sincerely suggest is that you may undergo a "complete medical check up" or "master health check up" in any reputed hospital and take the opinion from the consultant so that you are sure about NOT missing out anything !
best wishes !

you just need to START to do SOMETHING.
i SO understand!
the more you sit the lazier you get, right?
the first thing to do is stand up and put one foot in front of the other. the next step is to move your arms and relax your neck by moving it around in a circle.
now, what is it we were doing? let's go!

100% raw 100% vegan diet. You don't need to buy anything special, no books no videos, no pills. Just food from the market.
