Yes! I did when I was a baby. I loved the carrot baby food and my mom feed me so much I turned orange from the Beta Carotene. She was scared and took me to the doctor and he just laughed and explained it to her.

I have read an article where a woman ate lots of carrots for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. Besides that she drank carrot juice whenever she was thirsty. To complement all these she also took carotene tablets. She continued doing this for a while and eventually she turned orange , a sign of Vitamin A poisoning. All because someone told her that she can get perfect eye-sight from eating carrots.

Yep, it's a scientific fact that if you eat too many carrots and/or too much pumpkin, the carotene in them will give your skin a yellow/orange tinge. You'd have to eat an awful lot on a very regular basis, though.
It's not harmful, and it's very easy to get rid of: stop eating so many carrots.

yes they can, lol when i was a baby i LOVED carrots & ate a lot of them! one time when I was out w/ my family one of the people from the store noticed me and asked "Does this baby eat a lot of carrots?" b/c i was "tinted" orange. crazy sounding i know but true! lol

yes, because carrots contain beta carotene and vitiman A and this increases a pigment in the blood and causes carotenemia.

People can become jaundiced from eating too many yes. Too many? I would think a pound or more a day. Either raw or juiced.

They can become a orange color I only know because this happend to my brother when he was younger.
