Yes. This quarterly magazine is the cornerstone of the BSG (British Stickmakers Guild) and it is sent free to all members. It aims to provide a link and information between Stickmakers and Stickdressers, as well as collectors. If you want something American then enter "stickmaker" into Google, and examine the results - sadly there will be a lot of them.
