i'm disabled in a wheelchair ...but her mom acts like its no big deal i am a very clean person and its starting to get to me.

Been there, done that, my SIL was the same way. You need to have a talk with her. Tell her that she needs to clean up her own mess and trade off on household chores. She needs to get a job, pay rent, help buy groceries and other household items. You really don't need to put up with this, tell her that if she can't do what is required than she needs to move out.

just sit your cousin down and tell her look you need toget a job and help me with the bills and start helping me clean up and if you dont like my rules you need to find somewhere else to go so i can find someone that wants to help me out this is you last chance i cant help someone that does not want to help there self and thats just gonna have to be this way i am the disabled one not you so quit acting like it

i would tell her that if she is going to live with you she has to be responsible and help our because you can't do everything on your own. or just tell her that she can do whatever she wants in her bedroom but in common areas (like the living room and kitchen etc) that she needs to clean up after herself.

say something to her! if you can't do that directly, make out a list of chores/tasks and divide them between you two. tell her you did this and post it on the fridge. you can even rotate each week so you aren't stuck with the same chore!

tell her it's time to go.you have enough on your plate and you don't have time to baby her.she's old enough to get a job and get out on her own.tell her move back in with mom.family is good,but to use another person is wrong.life is hard enough for 1,but to have another person sponge off you,,,time to show her the front door.

tell her if she tdoesnt start helping she cant stay with you its really sad that you are the one disabled and she cant help you out. i would kick her out if i was you.
